Founded in 1990 in Romania, APM MUSIC & MAX started with a mission to bring high-quality, commercial music to our target audience. Our global ambitions have led us to build strong partnerships across Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Macedonia, and Albania, cementing our presence in the international music scene.
Over the years, we’ve created a thriving community of hundreds of artists and amassed a portfolio of over 550,000 songs, which continues to grow every month. This expansive catalog is built through our own production in five state-of-the-art studios and through acquiring music from external sources.
APM MUSIC & MAX is proud to be the only company in Romania affiliated with major global music organizations such as BMI Music, ASCAP, PRS for Music, SESAC, SoundExchange, Harry Fox Agency, National Music Publishers Association, SOCAN, PPL UK, GEMA, and Mü-Yap. This ensures that we remain at the forefront of the music industry, providing our artists with worldwide exposure and protection.
We are also in a strategic partnership with Believe Music, the world's largest independent digital music distributor. Through this collaboration, we empower 350+ artists from Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Serbia, and Albania to build their audiences and expand their careers globally.
